We are Lisa and Richard, a husband and wife team, who opened Chocolate Deli at the Jinney Ring Craft Centre in March 2006. This was a total career change for both of us. Richard was diagnosed with cancer and we realised that the career he had followed for 30 years was too stressful to pursue any further. Patisserie had always been in the family from the early 1800's as you can see from the picture taken in 1885 of Richard's great grandfather.

We make all of the chocolates daily by hand, mixing our own ingredients using `Barry Callebaut` Belgian chocolate. This enables us to advise you about the ingredients and freshness of the chocolates. Our policy is to offer the best quality chocolates with a personal service allowing the customer freedom of choice.
