•We take payment at the time of phone order by debit or credit card - customer not present facility.

•If there is a problem we will contact you by  telephone. Please ensure that all details are correct, as incorrect details may result in the order being delayed and we therefore cannot be held responsible for late delivery.

•In the event your choice of chocolate being unavailable we reserve the right to substitute with a similar alternative.

•If there is a problem upon receiving your chocolates please contact Chocolate Deli immediately by telephone.

•We do not recommend sending chocolates via post to very warm countries as we cannot accept responsibility for melted products.

•Delivery to the United Kingdom The Channel Islands & The Isle Of Man parcels is by 1st class Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days. We recommend ordering early to mid week so the parcel is not left at the sorting office all weekend.
